In the Mobil classroom today I will be discussing how to create basic cartoon style eyes and general face proportions. It's not a science. You will see from the 45 min one on one student discussion how simple the process is. This particular student wanted to know how to get her drawings to be more about drawing and how she feels vs drawing what she see's. To often students get caught up in drawing for a style and don't understand where the original artist made up that style. By learning to understand how the artist felt about what they are drawing can help you create an incredible impact in your drawings when cartooning.
